With various routes and areas, the Trysil Bike Arena covers the needs of the whole family. There is both Gullia with completely newly created landscape paths and the Fjellrunde with marked paths on the mountain. The Trysil Bike Arena rents bikes and sells daily and weekly tickets for the slopes and trails.

Right next to the Trysil tourist center is the high ropes course “Høyt & Lavt” (“High & Low”). Here, people of all ages can test their limits in the treetops - with 5 different courses and many levels, this experience is something for the whole family and can be easily adapted to different needs.

If you're interested in rafting, there are plenty of opportunities to explore the strengths of the rivers in an exciting and challenging excursion for the brave. Or take a family trip on the calm waters where you can swim or the slightly wilder waves that tickle your stomach.

In a canoe you have the opportunity to experience the Trysil River in a comfortable way. Here you'll follow the calm current downstream as you explore the abundant wildlife and perhaps catch a fish along the way. The excursion also offers plenty of opportunity to take a dip in the clear water.
