After you have completed your booking, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to the e-mail address, you have provided. Please check that your travel information is correct. In case of any discrepancy, please contact our customer service centre on telephone +47 22 94 42 00.
Bookings that are partially or fully paid by bank or online banking, will not receive a new e-mail confirmation automatically.

If you cannot find the e-mail confirmation in your inbox, please check the following:
- Your e-mail address was entered correctly in the booking.
- The confirmation has been put in your junk email / spam folder.
- Your email account has reached its maximum limit for storage capacity.
The travel confirmation document is attached to the e-mail as a PDF file. If you cannot open this file, please check, if the security settings in your e-mail account allows file attachments. Your machine must also have Adobe Reader installed to open PDF files.
