We want to take care of all guests' individual needs, to the extent that it is practically feasible and does not come at the expense of safety.
Travel with a guide dog
Visually impaired passengers can travel unaccompanied and have the opportunity to bring a guide dog.
Guide dogs can stay in most common areas on board. There is a limited number of places for guide dogs.
Blind people can have a guide dog in selected cabin types.
For taking the dog for a walk, as well as more information about safety or the ship in general, contact the reception on board. We ask the traveler to show consideration for any allergy sufferers who are also traveling on board.
