Would you like to change or cancel your trip?
If you have a profile or if you are a member of our loyalty program Color Club, you have access to "My Page". On "My Page" you can:
- upgrade your cabin
- pre-book meals
- pre-book a table in Show Lounge
- add stays in Norway
- cancel your trip

Fees for rebookings and cancellations
Flex rate:
Full refund up to the time of departure. No fee for changes until departure. If you change your booking to a more expensive crossing, you must pay the difference in price. If the trip is rebooked to a cheaper crossing, the difference in price will be refunded. No refunds after departure or no-show.
Economy rate:
If you cancel your booking, there is no refund of the ticket.
If you rebook your trip, in addition to a possibly higher travel price, there is a flat fee of €95.00 for rebookings on the Kiel-Oslo route and €60.00 on the Hirtshals-Kristiansand and Hirtshals-Larvik routes. This is due for payment immediately.
Economy tickets cannot be upgraded to Flex tickets.
We recommend that all guests take out travel insurance.
Bookings including a hotel:
Change/cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: Full refund
Change/cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: refund of hotel night(s)
(Surcharges may apply for more expensive departures, e.g. on weekends or in high season.)
